High-speed Knot Cutting Machine
This machine is a new generation of high-speed cutting equipment independently developed by absorbing many advanced technologies from the German Inotec high-speed cutting machine and combining them with domestic production realities. The entire machine uses a high-speed computing controller as its core, combined with a human-machine interface and servo motor drive, deeply integrating automation, computer, and communication technologies to achieve intelligent control with flexible programming, comprehensive functions, excellent efficiency, and convenient operation.
The equipment operates at a speed of up to 1600mm per second, a pioneering technology in China. It can accurately cut various straight and curved sausages, supporting simultaneous cutting of single sausages, pairs, and even up to 10 sausages of multiple specifications. The electrical system adopts a fully enclosed design, allowing stable operation in various programming modes, convenient adjustment, and a high degree of automation. The specially treated Singliner servo motor operates smoothly, and the high-speed braking of the cutter servo motor is precise, effectively ensuring an extremely low breakage rate. The conveyor belt motor speed is infinitely adjustable, further enhancing the equipment’s adaptability and processing accuracy.
