GYS-64/GYS-128 Meat Brine Injection Machine Features
This brine injector can achieve up to six or more filtration stages and promptly removes residue, significantly reducing needle clogging.
For injection, it employs advanced contact injection technology, controlled by 16 independent needle valves, each corresponding to 8 injection needles, enabling automatic injection upon material contact. The equipment is equipped with 64 or 128 injection needles, with a minimum needle spacing of 13.5mm, resulting in a high injection rate, significantly shortening curing time, and ensuring stable injection of bone-in materials.
The conveyor belt can be easily removed without tools, facilitating quick cleaning and maintenance while effectively improving production continuity. Both the needles and conveyor belt are independently driven by a servo system, ensuring precise step distance control, high injection efficiency, and strong consistency.
The main unit is constructed from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food-grade hygiene standards. The equipment is equipped with four emergency stop safety switches, providing comprehensive safety protection and ensuring reliable and worry-free operation. All key parameters can be intuitively set and adjusted via the touchscreen, offering convenient, precise, and controllable operation.
