Meat Brine Injection Machine Features
This machine employs a toothed stepping feeder with precise step distance, and the meat is supported by three sets of detachable grid strips. The injection needle is equipped with a pneumatic spring control, enabling injection with bone. Injection pressure, injection rate, stepping distance, and speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the specifications of the injected material and the tissue structure of the injected organism to achieve the ideal injection effect. The equipment uses a two-stage filtration system to prevent needle clogging and includes a pneumatic needle unblocking device, making operation simple and maintenance convenient.
Clean
The equipment features several special functions, enabling thorough and quick cleaning. All products are made of stainless steel and food-grade plastic. Many parts are easily disassembled for inspection and cleaning.

The large window on the upper door of the equipment facilitates inspection during operation.
